These Terms govern your use of It's A Clip ("the Service"), operated by SOCIAL MEDIA ENT LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms.
It's A Clip is an automated editing tool. You provide a link to source video content; the Service analyzes it, selects moments, and produces short edited clips with captions, which are delivered to you and — if you enable it — published to social accounts you connect.
You are solely responsible for the source content you submit. By submitting a link, you represent and warrant that you own the content or hold all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to copy, edit, and republish it — including under fair-use or an agreement with the rights holder.
It's A Clip is a tool, like an editing program. We do not review, license, or clear rights for your sources, and we accept no liability for copyright infringement, demonetization, takedowns, strikes, or account penalties arising from content you chose to process or publish. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your submitted or published content.
We respond to valid DMCA notices sent to legal@itsaclip.com and may remove content and/or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Posting features use a third-party publishing infrastructure. You authorize each platform connection yourself through that platform's own consent screen and may revoke it at any time. We never see or store your platform passwords. Platforms may change their rules at any time; we are not liable for platform-side rejections, restrictions, or removals.
No illegal content, no content that violates platform rules (e.g. gore, exploitation), no attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or resell the Service without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that abuse the system; a suspended account’s subscription is cancelled at the end of its paid period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features over time; if we remove a feature from a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance so you can cancel before your next renewal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost audience/revenue on third-party platforms.
You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that. We may terminate for breach of these Terms.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of the place where you live.
